CRM reporting gives visibility into pipeline health and team performance, separate from general inventory reporting.
Before You Start
CRM reports have to be turned on for your account by Work Truck Solutions. If you open Analytics and only see your usual storefront and inventory reports, ask your Work Truck Solutions contact to enable the CRM reports.
Steps
Open the Analytics tab in the left navigation. Your existing storefront and inventory reports are here, with CRM analytics on a separate tab.
Select a CRM report, such as: pipeline status, pipeline by lead source, new leads, leads by body type, win rate and win-rate trend, forecasted closes, sales execution (activity counts, close rates by rep over time, demo-to-quote rate), or performance by customer vocation/industry.
Good to Know
Reporting by body type and by customer vocation — not just by VIN — is a key differentiator; it shows which vehicle/body configurations and which industries perform best.
Reports may look sparse at first — they need some real usage history to become meaningful, so don't expect a full picture in the first few days after onboarding.
Lead-source reporting ties back to your dealership's ADF email address — the same address you share with lead providers (Truck Paper, TrueCar, CarGurus, etc.) to route commercial leads into the portal.
If there's a report you'd like to see that isn't here, tell your Work Truck Solutions contact — requests go to the reporting team.
