What this section is for
Helping clients visually understand your space before enquiring.
Images play a critical role in whether a client clicks into a listing at all. Clear, accurate photos build trust and set expectations before a conversation begins.
Images uploaded via the Worka Partner Portal are displayed on both Worka and Instant Offices listings, where applicable.
Location vs Workspace images
Location images are required
These represent the building and shared areas and form the first impression of your space.Workspace images are optional
These show individual private offices, desks, or meeting rooms.
Both Location and Workspace images will appear on your listing.
Tip: If the same image is uploaded at both levels, it will display as a duplicate, so we recommend using each intentionally.
