You can create three types of bookable workspace on Worka: desks, meeting rooms, and private offices.
To enable instant booking through our 'Book Now' feature, you'll first need a Stripe account that you can integrate with Worka. Find out more in our guide to setting up payments.
For long-term contracts, you can also make your workspaces available by 'enquiry'.
How to create a workspace:
On the Partner Portal home page, select the relevant workplace where you want to add a workspace.
Click 'Add workspace'
Set the workspace type: desk, meeting room, or private office.
Name the workspace, add a description (min 500 characters) and specify the relevant floor.
Depending on your workspace type, you'll now be asked for specific information:
Desks:
Total number of desks
Square footage of the area
Meeting room:
Maximum capacity of the room
Private office:
Minimum and maximum number of desks
Square footage of the private office
Upload your photos, following these requirements:
At least 1 image but no more than 15 should be uploaded.
Each image description must be less than 125 characters
Each image has a minimum of 1000 x 800 pixels
Maximum image size is 15MB
Photos must be in a JPEG or JPG format
Add the availability and price of the workspace for both 'Book Now' (if enabled) and enquiries.
Select the workplace amenities from the options available.
Your workspace is now ready for listing. To make it available, toggle the 'Make live' button.
How do I disable a workspace?
From the home page of Partner Portal, locate the workplace that houses the workspaces, click the three dots then edit.
Once here, click workspaces and then use the toggle button to disable the workspace.
