Workspace Types

On Worka, you can create three types of workspaces:

  • Private Offices

  • Desks

  • Meeting Rooms


Steps to Create a Workspace

  1. Open Workspace Inventory
    From the main page, click Workspace inventory. This is where you add individual workspaces within your building.

  2. Select Workspace Type
    Choose Private Office, Desks, or Meeting Rooms, then click Add new….

  3. Enter Required Details

    • Private Offices/Desks: Minimum desk count, term length, and cost per desk (mandatory).

    • Meeting Rooms: Total seats, amenities, and hourly/daily rates (mandatory).

  4. Publish Your Workspace
    When ready, click Save & publish.

Note: Your Location must also be published for workspaces to appear on the site. You can only publish a Location after at least one workspace is marked as “published.”


Photo Requirements

  • Upload 1–15 images

  • Description: Less than 125 characters

  • Resolution: At least 1000 x 800 pixels

  • File size: Maximum 15MB

  • Format: JPEG or JPG


Add Amenities

Select amenities from the available options to complete your Location.


How to Disable a Workspace

  • Go to Workspace inventory, select the workspace.

  • To permanently remove: Click Delete space.

  • To temporarily hide: Click Unpublish space (you can re-publish later).
