How to cancel a booking as a client

If you've booked a workspace using Worka and now wish to cancel the booking, you can:

  • Click the Cancel booking button in your confirmation email.

  • Login to Worka.com, click Bookings, then Manage booking, then Make a change, then select Cancel My Booking. You'll be asked to provide a reason before confirming the cancellation.

What happens after you cancel?

You'll receive email confirmation and if you’re due a refund, we'll return it to your original payment method within 10 days.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking is due to start, you won’t be eligible for a refund. For full details, please check our cancellation policy.
