How do Licenses in WorkBright work?

Q: Are there different licenses?

A: Yes. We offer licences for two different use cases: Form I-9 Only and Full Onboarding.

Q: When do I use a license?

A: For our Form I-9 Only customers a licence is used when section 2 of the I-9 is counter signed.

For our Full Onboarding customer a licence is used when 3 or more forms have been completed on the staff profile

Q: Can I reuse a license

A: No once a licence has been used it can not be used again.

Q: How many licenses do I have?

A: To get an accurate count of how many licenses you have and are currently using, reach out to your account manager directly or reach out to the account management team at AD@WorkBright.com.

Q: How can I get more licenses?

A: Licenses are offered in bundles of 50 and are renewed annually with your Account Manager. Feel free to reach out to AD@WorkBright.com to acquire more. .
