Q: Are there different licenses?
A: Yes. We offer licences for two use cases: Form I-9 Only and Full Onboarding, depending on which core product is on your account.
Q: When do I use a license?
A: For our Form I-9 Only customers, a license is used when section 2 of the I-9 is countersigned. (within the annual agreement)
For our Full Onboarding customer, a licence is used when 3 or more forms have been completed on the staff profile. (within the annual agreement)
Q: Can I reuse a license
A: No, once a licence has been used, it can not be used again. Your occupied license count will be reset to β0β on the renewal date.
Q: How many licenses do I have?
A: To get an accurate count of how many licenses you have and are currently using, reach out to your account manager directly or contact the account management team at AD@WorkBright.com.
Q: How can I get more licenses?
Licences are offered in bundles of 50 and are renewed annually with your Account Manager. Feel free to reach out to AD@WorkBright.com to acquire more.
