Where do I find assistance for the WorkBright Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?

The WorkBright Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a robust recruiting and hiring tool that is integrated with the WorkBright Onboarding Platform to allow a recruiter to initiate onboarding directly from the ATS. To find answers to your ATS-specific questions, you can do one of the following:

1. Go to the ATS-Specific Knowledge Base

The ATS-Specific Knowledge is only accessible as a pop-up AFTER you’ve logged in as an ATS Administrator. You can access it by logging in and clicking on the
