Pushing a Candidate From WorkBright ATS to your WorkBright Onboarding Account

How do I push a candidate from my WorkBright ATS account to my WorkBright onboarding account?

When viewing the candidate that you’re ready to onboard in your applicant tracking account, click on "Onboarding"and then click on "WorkBright".

From there, choose "Start New Hire Process" for an employee who has not worked for your company before or "Start Rehire Process" if this is an employee you are re-hiring. If you only have one WorkBright onboarding subdomain your new hire fields will automatically appear.

If you have multiple onboarding subdomains, a dropdown will appear for you to select which subdomain you'd like to hire the employee into.

The profile information provided by the employee will automatically appear. Simply fill out any custom fields, select the group(s) you'd like to add the employee to, complete the hire, start and notification dates and click the "Send" button when completed. That's it! 🥳
