To support auto-population of a File Share location for your Production Files, you can indicate a 'Production Files Path'. Acceptance of this pre-populated path on a Job will trigger creation of folder(s) on the File Share.
Click 'Configuration > Configuration Dashboard':
Load the 'AppConfig Settings' widget:
We support specifying a default path for both 'Jobs' and 'Projects'. Enter your desired path in this field and click 'Save'.
Note: we strongly suggest following our prescribed path, where folders are arranged by Job Number and Job Name (Project Number and Project Name). This explains the presence of "{Job Number} - {Job Name}" at the end of the folder structure in the example above. Applying this convention helps to enforce uniqueness, so that every Job/Project has one (and only one) folder associated to it.
