To get started
Your Profile information needs to be completed and you must unlock premium access to start Airwallex onboarding.
There will be a banner across the top with missing information to be provided or head to your profile
Once you've provided all the necessary profile details, and you've upgraded your account to premium access, you can start the AirWallex onboarding.

KYC Verification
Airwallex is a licensed financial provider and is required to verify the identity of all users under global financial regulations. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process helps prevent fraud and ensures your funds are secure. The process is quick and verifies the business information you provided in your profile.
A simple KYC will be processed on screen.
You can then proceed to add bank details to your account to receive payments.
This is the trust account that will be used to HOLD the client's payments.

Based on your selection, you will enter the payment details required.
You will now see on screen it shows as completed and you can now request and receive payments.

Yes. Airwallex is fully PCI DSS compliant and uses bank-grade encryption and fraud protection.
Will I receive a payment receipt or invoice?
Yes. Once a payment is completed, both parties will receive an email confirmation and can view payment history in their dashboard.
