If you’d like to change your membership from Premium to Basic or cancel your Premium membership entirely, follow the steps below.
Steps to Cancel Your Premium Membership:
Access Your Profile Settings: Launch the Woveo app and navigate to your dashboard. On the bottom right corner, locate the icon resembling a person. This will take you to your profile settings.
Sign into your Woveo app.
Navigate to the Dashboard.
In the bottom-right corner, tap the icon that looks like a person. This will open your Profile Settings.
2. Manage Your Membership: Within your profile settings, you'll find options to:
Review and Update: View and modify your basic account information.
Change Membership: This section allows you to either switch to a Basic Membership or cancel your Premium Membership entirely.
Privacy & Security: Control your privacy settings and access security policies.
Help Center: Find answers to frequently asked questions and address any concerns.
3. Initiate Membership Change/ Cancellation: To cancel, select "My Membership" and scroll down to the bottom. Find the "Cancel My Membership" option and tap it. You'll be prompted to confirm your request.
The steps are as follows:
Scroll to the bottom of the “My Membership” page.
Tap the “Cancel My Membership” button.
You will be prompted to confirm your request.
4. Confirmation & Effective Date: Choose "Yes, I want to keep it basic" to confirm cancellation. Your Premium Membership will be canceled on the renewal date of your current subscription.
5. Recent Sign-ups & Refunds: If you signed up for Premium membership accidentally within the last 1-7 business days of creating your account, you might be eligible for a $10 refund on the membership fee charged to your linked bank account. To request a refund, email our support team at support@woveo.com. Include your full name and clearly state your reason for cancellation in the email.
