Step 1: Review & Accept Your Loan Terms

Before any funds are released, we want to make sure you fully understand your loan details. This isn’t small print—it’s a moment of clarity and empowerment.

Here’s what to carefully review:

📄 Loan Amount – What you’re being funded

📆 Repayment Schedule – How often you’ll repay (biweekly or monthly)

📊 Loan Term – How long you’ll repay over (e.g., 6 or 12 months)

💲 Interest Rate – Understand what your loan will cost over time

Late Fee Policy – Know what happens if a payment is missed

📈 Total Repayment Amount – The full amount (loan + interest) you are expected to repay

✅ Once reviewed, check “I Agree” to move forward.

The Accountability Partner is one of the most powerful parts of the Woveo loan model.

They’re not co-signers, they’re community champions—standing with you to affirm trust, support your growth, and share in your success.

The Accountability Partner Journey

As the business owner, you’ll invite someone you trust—a mentor, peer, colleague, or even a customer—who believes in your work and will walk alongside your loan journey.

Here’s what they will do once invited:

Clicking on the Accountability Partner Banner will allow your Accountability partner to continue with the steps.

1️⃣ Review & Accept Terms

They’ll receive an invite link to a dedicated partner dashboard where they’ll:

  • Understand their role: emotional & financial encouragement

  • Accept the terms: they do not carry liability, but do have visibility

  • Learn about their 3% return: earned from your on-time loan payments

  • Confirm their monthly accountability contribution: $100 total, beginning with a $25 initial transfer

2️⃣ Make Their First Contribution

This $25 payment is the first of their $100 total savings contribution.

📌 Why? - Woveo believes in shared responsibility—this upfront savings adds weight and witness to your journey.

As an accountability partner you will need to:

  • Confirm the Interac e-transfer

  • Get a confirmation receipt once it lands in your shared loan wallet

  • Be able to track their 3% incentive earned monthly based on your repayment consistency

3️⃣ Confirm Deposit Completion

Once funds are received, they’ll click Confirm Contribution in their dashboard.

✅ Once confirmed, the loan can be finalized and released to you!

⚠️ What if they delay or can’t commit?

We get it. Life happens. If your Accountability Partner hasn’t completed their steps:

  • You’ll receive gentle notifications encouraging a follow-up

  • After 2 days, you’ll be given the option to replace your partner with someone new

  • All previously submitted progress remains saved
