Refunds and Subscription Cancellation
Updated over a year ago

CodeWP operates on a freemium model with generous free access. Due to our infrastructure costs, paid plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.

No Refunds on Paid Plans

CodeWP offers a robust free plan so users can evaluate features before upgrading.

Once you upgrade to a paid Pro or Agency plan, purchases are non-refundable.

Upgrading unlocks additional capabilities not available for free.

Cancelling a Paid Subscription

While refunds are not offered, you can cancel a paid subscription at any time.

When you cancel, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

For example, if you have a monthly plan and cancel mid-month, you will retain access for the remainder of that month.

Reactivating Cancelled Subscriptions

If you cancel and change your mind, you can easily reactivate your subscription up until it lapses at the end of the billing period.

This gives you flexibility in case you cancel accidentally.

Just log in and resume your subscription before it expires.

We hope this clearly explains CodeWP's refund and cancellation policies. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
