When you put a project on hold, it is temporarily paused but not deleted. The project will appear grayed out on the Projects screen and will no longer be visible to talent. While on hold, the project cannot be edited, but all details remain saved, and any interested talent will be notified of the status change. This is a good option if the project may resume in the future.
To reactivate a project, click the three dots in the top right corner of the project tile and select Make Active.
When you cancel a project, it is permanently closed and no longer accessible. Only choose this option if you are certain the project will not move forward. If a project is canceled in error, contact your Wripple Client Lead, who may be able to assist with recovery.
