After you've looked through Wripple's talent selection and found the candidate you want for your project, it's time to invite them to that project. Here's a link to the article for how to view talent profiles to look for the talent your project needs.

Once you've found the right candidate, it's easy to invite them to review your project. At the bottom of their Talent Tile, you will see a button that says "Invite to Project".

This will take you to a popup box where you can search for the project you want to add that candidate to. You can either search by project name or click "View All Active Projects" to see a full list of your active projects.

When you find the project you want to invite them to, click on the name of that project and you will see the roles designated for that project and can click on the role that matches that candidate's profile and information. Which will immediately send an invitation to your chosen talent member to view the details of this project.
