What is Quick Hire?
Quick Hire lets you create a private, single-role project and directly invite a specific talent member to submit a proposal, all in just a few steps, right from the Browse Talent page. With no full project setup required.
It’s ideal when you’ve already found the right person and need to move quickly. Think of it as the fast lane: role details are pre-filled from your current search filters, the talent receives an invitation to propose, and they are automatically shortlisted the moment you hit send.
How to Use Quick Hire
You’ll find the Quick Hire button directly on talent cards on the Browse Talent page.
Step 1 — Find a talent member & click Quick Hire
From the Browse Talent page, locate the talent you want to engage. Click the green Quick Hire button on their card.
💡 Tip: Apply your search filters (role, skills, industries, brands) before clicking—Wripple will automatically carry those into the project.
Step 2 — Define the Role
Review and complete the role details–confirm the role and add the job title and job description. Fields are pre-filled from your current search settings. You can also upload a brief at this step.
Note: Skills, brands, and industries from your active search filters are automatically included in the project.
Step 3 — Set Budget & Timeline
Select your pricing structure and enter the expected start and end dates. This will then allow you to set your budget.
Step 4 — Review & Send
Review all project details. Once you’re good with them, click Send Proposal Request. The project is created instantly, the talent is added to the shortlist, and they receive an email invitation to submit a proposal.
Important Notes & Limitations
This project is private by default. The project is not visible on the job board and cannot be seen by other talent members.
The visibility settings are locked. You cannot edit them while the project remains in Quick Hire state.
This is for individual talent only. You cannot browse or add additional talent to a Quick Hire project.
What if the talent declines, or you want to open it up?
You can convert the project to a standard project at any time:
Navigate to the project’s Brief page.
Scroll down to Project Visibility Settings and click Yes, Open to Matching Talent.
Decide whether to post it on the job board or to select Talent Pools, then confirm.
Once opened, the project behaves like any standard Wripple project. You can invite candidates, manage proposals, and schedule interviews as normal.
When Should You Use Quick Hire?
Rehiring a known contractor: skip the full job posting and go straight to a proposal request.
Urgent hire: you’ve found who you want on Browse Talent and need to move fast.
Testing availability privately: check if someone is interested before opening the role publicly.
