At Wripple, we are focused on providing clients and talent with ways to get to work faster and easier. One way is by helping freelancers form ‘ready-made teams’ for common projects. This simplifies the process for assembling a team, providing Wripple’s talent members with additional ways of working with top brands. Currently, we have over 35 marketing projects with configurable deliverables that clients can select for a fixed price.

Here is how talent members can form their teams on the platform to be considered for project work. You can invite fellow freelancers - both on and off the platform - to form a Wripple project team. This is all managed through the talent dashboard. This short guide shows you how.

Creating a Team

Go to your Wripple dashboard, and scroll down to the Teams section. Click "Create New Team" to get started. After naming your team, click "Next: Select Project Types."

Selecting Project Types

To be matched to potential projects, you'll need to select the project types for which your team would like to be considered. On the Project Types page, click "Add/View All Project Types" to see the available project categories and types. Select the project types for your team. After making your selection(s), exit the modal and click "Save & Continue."

Note: Each project type has a list of required roles that your team will need to have before it can be approved. Other optional roles are sometimes needed for projects and are noted as well.

Inviting a Team Member

On the Team Roster page, click the "+ Invite Team Member" button to invite other members to your team. You can search Wripple talent members by name or email. If your desired team member isn't on Wripple, just enter their email and we will invite them to join Wripple and your team. Then click "Save & Continue."

Accepting Invite Request

The talent member you invite will need to accept the invite request before your team can be approved. If they are a Wripple talent member, they can accept or decline the request in the Teams section of their dashboard in the Teams section. If they are not currently a Wripple talent member, before joining the team, they will need to apply to join, go through the interviewing process, and once accepted set up their profile.

Add Team information

After inviting all team members, fill out your team information. This includes writing your bio, uploading a cover image, and adding any team profile links. Then click "Submit."

Note: Just like your individual Wripple profile, it helps to showcase your work and experience, especially any work that you've done together as a team.

Requesting Approval

The last step in setting up your team is requesting approval. If your team is missing any required roles, this will be noted here and will need to be resolved before requesting approval. Once your team and bio are set up, click the "Request Approval" button.

The Wripple talent team may take up to 24 hours to approve your team request.
