What are AI Feedback Profiles in Writable?

Feedback is most effective when it’s timely, clear, and tailored to student needs. With AI Feedback Profiles, teachers now have more control over how AI-generated feedback sounds, how detailed it is, and how accessible it is for different learners.

AI Feedback Profiles are customizable settings that shape all AI-generated feedback in Writable. Please note that AI Feedback Profiles change the AI Comments, not the AI Draft score.

Note: AI Feedback Profiles will also adjust the level, length, complexity, and personality of RevisionAid feedback.

Profiles can be configured through 3 settings, detailed below, to make a unique voice for feedback comments. Teachers can save up to three custom profiles to fit a specific assignment, class, or student group.

  • Thorough – Detailed, multi-point feedback designed for deeper understanding and reflection

Controls tone (how it sounds) and voice (who it sounds like)
