Students can find and open their Writable assignments from directly within their Canvas course. Need help assigning to your Canvas course? Check out this article.
Navigate to Courses -> Assignments (Note: in some districts, students may be directed to find their assignment through Modules or from a button on the home page.)
Click to open the assignment.
Note: if students are not given the choice to open the assignment in a new window, you can update the assignment settings in Canvas.
Click "Start Assignment" to open and begin the assignment.
