Writable administrators can view their district/school license using these directions.

  1. Log into Writable. Then click the profile icon in the upper right corner. From here, click on 'Manage Subscriptions' to pull up the licensing tool.

  2. Once in the Licensing Tool, administrators can view the number of seats on the license and the number of seats being used.

❗️Note: Students will only take a seat on the license once they have started an assignment in Writable. Teacher accounts do not count towards seats used.

  3. Click 'Details' to view which teachers have created Writable accounts and the names of the students using license seats. Teachers and students will be organized by school.

  4. Click the arrow to expand the list and view which teachers are currently occupying seats and how many.

💡Tip! You can download a CSV files with all the users on the license.
