Log into Writable, and then click on the question mark icon in the upper right corner.
Next, click on the "Live Support" tab.

Click on "Send us a message" to start a new message.
Then type in your question. Our AI agent, Lex, will first attempt to answer your question. If the request is more complex or requires additional assistance, you will be transferred to a live support agent right away. You may also request an agent at any time.
If you close the messenger app, you’ll receive a badge notification in the upper right corner when you have new messages.
