Using Reports, Writable Administrators can look up individual student writing submissions.

From the Proficiency Report
Follow these steps to view student writing from the Proficiency & Recommendation Report.
Navigate to the top green banner and click on '...'. Then click on 'Report' and select 'Proficiency Report'.
Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow down the grade level, school, teacher(s), and dates of the assignment.
Check the box next to the assignment(s) you'd like to view student writing for. Then click 'Run Report'.
In the report, click 'Details' below a genre to open the proficiency groupings for the skills in that genre.
Click the dropdown next to 'Skills Proficiency For:' and choose "Student Groupings for [Genre]".
Click on a student's name to open their Individual Student Report.
This will then open up the Growth Report for the student. Click 'Generate Report' to see the student's writing.
Once the report loads, you can see their average writing scores. Below the chart, you will see their submitted writing and score.
If there are two assignments selected, you'll see both submissions side-by-side. This report will only show two assignments at a time, but you click 'Change Parameters' at the top at any given time to change the assignments displayed.
If you'd like to see more detail about their grading for the submission, click the blue percentage to open the teacher's feedback and scoring.
The student submission will open up, and you will be able to view the teacher's scores and comments on the right.
From the Growth Report
Administrators can also view student writing from the Growth Report.
Log in to your Writable account, and click 'More' and 'Report' link at the top of the page. Then choose 'Growth Report'.
Complete the Report Parameters to narrow down the school(s), teacher(s), grade level(s), genre(s), and specific assignment you would like to view. Growth reports allow you to select either one assignment for a performance snapshot or two assignments to view student growth over time.
In the 'Students' tab, click the arrows to drill down from a school to a group of students.
Click a student's name to open their individual student report.
You will be redirected to the Growth Report parameters again. From here, you have the option of comparing this assignment to another one. Then click 'Generate report'.
