For classrooms needing a printed assignment option, Writable currently recommends a Chrome extension called Print This Frame (free and available in the Chrome extension store).
Once you have installed the Chrome extension, 'Print this Frame', follow these steps to print your assignment:
From your 'My Assignments' page, click on the assignment.
Click 'Preview'.
Right-click on the area you'd like to print and choose "Print this frame..." from the dropdown options.
Adjust and print using your device's printer settings.
