Ways to Share Big Files

As writers working with our company, it's important to protect your privacy, keep things professional, and follow the proper steps when sharing files with customers.

One of the key rules: do not use your personal email or personal Google Drive to send files to customers.

Here’s why this matters—and what you can use instead.

🚫 Why You Should Avoid Using Your Personal Email or Google Drive

1. It Exposes Your Personal Information

When you send files from your personal Google account, your full name and email are often visible to the customer. Depending on your account settings, it may also reveal profile photos, past file activity, and even location metadata, which is a serious violation of our Terms and Conditions and will lead to a fine and termination of our cooperation.

2. It Looks Unprofessional

A message from a personal email doesn’t reflect the company's brand and may confuse customers who expect to deal with official company accounts. This can make the customer suspicious, and they won’t trust our service again, which will decrease the number of orders you can gain.

3. It Makes the Company Unable to Protect Writers

When files are shared from a personal account, the company can’t track or control access. That means files might stay online longer than intended, or be shared further without permission. Moreover, the customer can copy it and cancel the order, making the company unable to prove the writer has done their job and deserves to be fairly paid.

4. You Break Confidentiality Agreements

Many orders involve confidential information. If you share files outside our platform, you could accidentally violate legal agreements - even if you mean well.
