Overview
Your artist page is your professional presence on WXLLSPACE. This guide walks you through creating a compelling profile that will help property owners discover your work and artistic style.
Step-by-Step Setup Process
1. Create Your Account
Click "Log In" on the WXLLSPACE homepage
Select "Create New Account"
Enter your artist name (this will be your display name/tag)
Provide your email address
Create a secure password
2. Complete Your Profile Information
Enter your full legal name
Add your preferred contact information
Include your Instagram handle (without the @ symbol)
Add your website URL (if available)
Copy and paste your artist biography/description
Enter your location (studio address or general area)
3. Upload Profile Photo
Click the upload area to select a profile photo
Choose a high-quality image of your logo or a professional headshot
The system will crop your image to fit the circular profile picture format
4. Select Your Art Styles
Choose up to 5 style categories that best represent your work
These styles help property owners find artists whose aesthetic matches their vision
You can update these selections at any time
5. Add Portfolio Images
Upload up to 16 portfolio images showcasing your best mural work
Ensure images clearly demonstrate your artistic style and technical ability
Include varied examples that showcase your range and versatility
Portfolio Image Requirements
File Formats and Resolutions
Recommended formats: JPG, PNG, or HEIF
Optimal resolution: 4K (3840 × 2160 pixels) or higher
Aspect ratio: Any ratio is acceptable, but images will be displayed in a grid format
File Size Limits
Maximum file size: 10MB per image
The system will automatically compress larger images to WebP format
Compression maintains visual quality while improving page loading speed
Portfolio Limits
Current limit: 16 portfolio images
Coming in 2025: Expanded capacity for up to 24 images

Portfolio Image Selection
Choose high-quality, well-lit photographs of your work

Biography Writing

Location Information
Be as specific as possible with your location
If you're willing to travel for projects, mention your service radius
For privacy reasons, you can list a general area rather than your exact studio address

Which file formats and resolutions are recommended?
We recommend uploading JPG, PNG, or HEIF files at 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 pixels) for optimal quality. Higher resolutions are accepted and will display beautifully on high-resolution screens.
Will the system resize large images?
Yes, the system will automatically compress images larger than 10MB to WebP format. This conversion maintains visual quality while ensuring fast loading times for your portfolio page.
Is there a limit on total portfolio images?
Currently, you can upload up to 16 portfolio images. We're working to expand this limit to 24 images in 2025 to give you more opportunities to showcase your work.
