Your WXLLSPACE profile is your digital storefront to property owners and project managers. Keeping it complete, current, and compelling significantly increases your chances of being selected for mural projects. This guide outlines how to edit your artist page and maintain a complete profile.
Accessing Your Profile Settings
Log in to your WXLLSPACE account
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner
Select "Artist Dashboard" from the dropdown menu
Navigate to the "Edit Profile" section
Profile Completion Requirements
Mandatory Fields
The following fields must be completed for your profile to be considered complete:
Personal Information
Artist Name: Your professional name/brand
Full Legal Name: Required for contracts and payments
Email Address: Primary contact email
Phone Number: Primary contact phone number
Visual Elements
Profile Image: Professional headshot or logo (minimum 500×500 pixels)
Feature Image: Banner image showcasing your work (recommended 1200×400 pixels)
Portfolio Images: At least 3 examples of your mural work
Location Information
Studio Location: Physical address or general area where you're based
Service Area: The geographic regions where you're available for projects
Artistic Information
Artist Statement/Bio: Description of your artistic approach and experience
Art Style Categories: At least one style category selection

WXLLSPACE provides a visual completion indicator on your dashboard that shows:
Your current completion percentage
Missing required fields highlighted in red
Recommended (but not required) fields highlighted in yellow
Fully completed sections with a green checkmark
How to Edit Your Profile
Updating Basic Information
Navigate to the "Edit Profile" section
Click on the "Basic Info" tab
Update any fields as needed
Click "Save Changes" before moving to another section
Updating Your Portfolio
Navigate to the "Portfolio" tab
To add new work: Click "Add New Work"
To edit existing work: Click on the image, then "Edit"
To delete work: Click on the image, then "Remove"
To reorder: Drag and drop images into your preferred sequence
Updating Your Location
Navigate to the "Location" tab
Enter your studio address or general area
Use the map tool to pin your exact location (if comfortable sharing)
Set your service radius (how far you're willing to travel for projects)
Click "Save Changes"
Updating Art Styles
Navigate to the "Art Styles" tab
Select all applicable style categories (up to 5)
Rank them in order of expertise/preference
Click "Save Changes"
