For Developers & Property Owners
Platform Facilitation and Project Management Fee
WXLLSPACE charges a fee to developers and property owners, which is calculated as 30% on top of the artist's submitted proposal amount. This fee covers:
Platform facilitation and access to our curated artist network.
Comprehensive project management services.
Logistics support, including coordination of materials, equipment, and travel if applicable.
Ensuring compliance and insurance oversight.
After all calculations, this fee typically accounts for approximately 23% of the total project cost paid by the developer or property owner.
Listing Walls and Pre-Installation Agreements
Free to List Walls: Property owners can list their walls and project opportunities on the WXLLSPACE platform at no initial charge.
Pre-Installation Agreement: While listing is free, a pre-installation agreement is required before extensive project development begins. This agreement may include billing for specific services such as dedicated art direction and in-depth project planning to ensure a successful mural execution from the outset. These costs, if any, will be clearly communicated.
For Artists
No Commission on Earnings (0% Artist Commission) WXLLSPACE is committed to supporting artists. Therefore, we do not take any commission (0%) from artists' earnings. Artists receive the full amount specified in their submitted and approved project proposal. Our platform fee is billed directly to the property owner/developer.
No Fees to Join or Maintain a Profile There are absolutely no fees for artists to:
Join the WXLLSPACE platform.
Create and maintain an artist profile.
Upload a portfolio.
Submit proposals for projects.
Our goal is to provide opportunities for artists, not create financial barriers. It's $0 cost for artists to be a part of our community.
