The Design Review App allows you to review mural designs submitted by artists, collaborate with your team, and approve the final concept.

Each design is uploaded as a version, so you can track revisions, compare options, and ensure alignment before approval.

Approving a design is a binding step that moves the project forward into production.

When This Applies

This applies when:

  • An artist has submitted a design for your project

  • You receive a notification that a design is ready for review

  • You need to provide feedback or approve a mural concept

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Create your account and log in
    Use your email to access the Design Review App.

  2. Open your project
    Navigate to the assigned project from your dashboard.

  3. Review design versions
    View all submitted versions (v1, v2, v3) in the design tab.

  4. Review the render (if available)
    Switch to the render view to see how the design looks on the building.

  5. Leave comments
    Click directly on the design to add feedback or request changes.

  6. Vote on designs
    Use upvote or downvote to indicate preference across versions.

  7. Share internally
    Download or present designs to your internal team if needed.

  8. Invite stakeholders
    Add team members to the project so they can review and comment.

  9. Consolidate feedback
    Align internally on a final direction before approving.

  10. Approve the design
    Click the approval button to finalize the selected version.

  11. Confirmation
    All stakeholders are notified and the project moves forward.
