From your instance selection screen, click the βοΈ icon and choose Support Access from the list.

2. Check the box shown and click the blue Save button at the bottom.

If your issue is resolved or you would otherwise like to revoke access, you can do so by unchecking this box and saving your changes at any time.
Please be aware that if a support agent asks for access and you are unable to provide it, this may cause a delay or a lack of resolution for the issue you are experiencing.
