What Types Of Courses Do We Build?
We can custom build ANY type of course that you’d like. Generally speaking, courses fall into one of the following categories:
Workshop Course: A one module, one training course that is designed to “show off” your expertise to your audience. Generally used as a free, live event to build your audience.
Expiring Mini Course: A course with one module and three trainings that is designed to expire in 72 hours (i.e. learners lose access to the course if they do not complete it). Usually used for highly effective lead generation.
Gamified Membership: A course that is designed for you to be able to easily add a growing library of information on a periodic basis (usually monthly). Usually used for creating regular recurring revenue via subscriptions.
5 Part Challenge: A cohort based course that delivers five trainings with a consistent, periodic release timing (e.g. weekly). Usually used to create massive engagement, build community and shared experience.
10 Part Challenge: Same as the 5 part challenge, but over 10 periods.
Gamified Course: A unique course offering, specific to your practice or business with multiple modules (i.e. topics) and associated trainings. This is usually your “core” business offering and your highest value content.

All D4U packages for XP courses include a 1 year Growth plan subscription on the Xperiencify Platform ($1,200 USD value). The subscription begins on the day we deliver your course and it goes “live.”

Revisions
We will deliver your course in a “draft” format that we will review with you. All packages come with two (2) rounds of revision.
Note: revisions are expected to be changes to existing drafted content, actions, experiences and celebrations. Revisions do not include wholesale changes to the course, flow, page design, etc.
Limitations
In order to be responsive, deliver the highest quality and fulfill our guarantee commitment, we reserve the right to limit the amount of content we will accept for any course format.

Create one appointment setting calendar with automations (replacement for Calendly, Tidycal, etc.) that the user can customize
Create a newsletter form, email template & smartlist (replacement for your weekly or monthly newsletter) that the user can customize
This package will be finalized with a personal, 1 to 1 onboarding call to handover everything.
1-Click Business
Timing: Within 14 business days of order confirmation
This package requires one or more calls with our D4U Team during the process.
The package include everything in Quick Start, but levels up to actual content creation:

Frequently Asked Questions
What does “Order Confirmation” mean?
After you’ve made your purchase, an XP team member will contact you via email to confirm your order and a few other details. Our Guarantee timing begins after this confirmation.
I have a lot of videos, how many of them can I include in a course?
We do not limit the amount of material (Videos, trainings, PDFs, etc.) that you can have in your course. However, our experts will recommend best-practices that we know work for high quality, effective and engaging courses (e.g. one video per training). If you have a TON of content, let’s talk and we can craft a package that works best for you.
Will I be able to work “with” the XP team during the process?
Absolutely! There is no way we could create a course for you without your help. You will have an XP team member as your single point of contact who will work with you throughout the entire process, from initial scheduling through revisions and delivery.
How will I deliver my content to you?
We will provide you with a link to a Google Drive that is specific for you and your course. You will upload all materials to this location.
Will you train me how to use my course?
When we deliver your final course, you will receive live, in-person training about how to use your course, manage students and get the most out of the XP platform.
How will I describe the flow and design of my course to the XP team?
After you sign up and make payment, one of our team members will immediately schedule a call with you to start the process of building your course. As a first part of this process, we will work with you to understand the design and flow of your course.
Can I include other materials like worksheets, PDFs, etc. for my learners to download?
Yes. You can give us any other materials you would like into your course. These will be either provided to your learners in the trainings, or we can create a “resources” or “bonus” page for them to access.
What happens if I don’t deliver my materials by the required deadline?
We understand that life happens. If you aren’t able to meet the deadlines for delivering your course materials, it isn’t a problem. We will continue to work with you to ensure that we deliver a high quality course that will grow your business and engage your learners.
Do you offer affiliate opportunities?
Yes! You will receive a unique affiliate link that you can give to others who are interested in the Xperiencify platform. You will earn a 30% commission on all sales for the life of their subscription.
What payment provider(s) do you use?
Xperiencify supports Stripe (Preferred) and Paypal (currently single payments only) for payment processing.
