How to Submit Your Request:

  • Send Us a Message: Use the green chat widget located in the lower right-hand corner of your account or on any page of the help center.

  • Describe the Feature: Provide detailed information about the feature you want. The more details, the better!

  • Explain Its Use: Let us know how you’ll use the feature and why it's crucial for your needs. This helps our team understand how it should function to meet your expectations.

What Happens Next?

  • Acknowledgement: We’ll reply to confirm that we’ve received your request and may ask for additional details if needed.

  • Timing: Please understand that we may not be able to provide an immediate answer or timeframe for new features. The software development process is dynamic, and our developers are continuously working on new features and improvements.

  • Development Time: Adding new features can take time. Due to the rapid pace of development and shifting timelines, we can’t promise specific dates.
