Your favicon is the small icon that shows up in the browser tab. You now set it once for your whole school, and it appears across all of your membership pages, including your login page.

Setting Your Favicon
Go to your Account section.
Open the
Schooltab.Upload your ICO file to the site favicon area.
That one file now covers every page in your membership site: your login page, your course pages, your marketplace, and your error pages. You do not need to set it anywhere else.
An ICO file is the only file type that will work as a favicon. PNG, JPG, and SVG files will not work.
What Changed
Favicons used to be set per course, in Step 1: Basic Course Info. They are now set once at the school level instead, so you no longer have to upload the same icon into every course you run.
The favicon upload has moved out of course settings and into the
Schooltab of your Account section.If you already set favicons on individual courses, nothing breaks. XP looks for your school favicon first, falls back to the course favicon if there is no school one, and falls back to the XP default if there is neither.
Your favicon now also appears on pages that were never covered before, including your login page.
If you want one icon everywhere, upload it once on the School tab and you are done.
Creating an ICO File
If you have a logo in another format, you can convert it to ICO for free using this favicon converter. Upload your image, download the ICO file it gives you, and use that.
A square image works best, since the icon renders very small.
