Once your payment is successfully completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from Xpert Funding within 1 hour.
This email verifies that your payment was received and that your Challenge or Instant Funding account is being created.
If you don’t see the email right away, check your spam or junk folder, as automated confirmations can occasionally be filtered there.
Account Credentials Delivery
After your payment has been confirmed, your account credentials (login details for your TradeLocker account) will be sent to you via email within just a few hours.
In most cases, accounts are delivered within the same day, but depending on processing volume or network delays, it can take up to 24 hours.
⏱️ This short waiting period ensures that every account is verified, linked correctly to your dashboard, and activated without any technical errors.
What to Do If You Don’t Receive Your Account
If more than 1 hour has passed and you haven’t received your order confirmation, please:
Double-check your spam or junk folder.
Verify that the email address you used during checkout is correct.
If you still haven’t received it, contact our Support Team and include your proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID).
*Once confirmed, our team will immediately reissue your confirmation or credentials.
After Receiving Your Order Confirmation
After receiving the confirmation email, please allow up to 24 hours for account setup and activation. Your credentials will be sent automatically to the same email address you used during checkout.
If 24 hours have passed and you still haven’t received your login details:
Check your spam/junk folders again.
Search your inbox for emails from “Xpert Funding” or “TradeLocker”.
If still missing, reach out to our Technical Support team with your order number or purchase email we’ll resolve it right away.
