Once you’ve successfully passed your evaluation, your account will enter the onboarding stage the final step before your Funded (Simulated) Account becomes fully active.
This process ensures your new account is properly linked to Xpert Funding’s proprietary risk management systems, fully verified for compliance, and ready for live trading under your chosen model.
How the Onboarding Process Works
Evaluation Approved
Your performance is reviewed by our risk team to confirm that all trading objectives and rules were followed correctly.
Account Setup Initiated
Once approved, your Funded (Simulated) Account is created and queued for onboarding.
During this period, your account will appear as “Pending Activation” in your dashboard.
Risk System Integration
The account is connected to our automated monitoring framework, which applies real-time tracking for drawdowns, equity limits, and rule compliance.
Email Confirmation
As soon as the setup is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your account credentials and TradeLocker access details.
Onboarding Timeline
The onboarding process typically takes up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This timeframe allows our team to manually review, verify, and activate your trading account securely.
Example:
If your evaluation is approved on a Friday, your onboarding will be processed on the following Monday and Tuesday.
Your Funded (Simulated) Account would then be ready by Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning, depending on the workload.
After Onboarding
Once onboarding is complete:
You can log in to your TradeLocker account using the credentials provided via email.
Your Reward Cycle becomes active, allowing you to start earning your profit splits.
All risk parameters (Daily Drawdown, Max Drawdown, Margin Usage, etc.) are automatically applied to your account.
💡 Tip: Double-check your spam or promotions folder if you haven’t received your account credentials within the expected timeframe.

If more than 2 business days have passed and your account still shows as “Pending Activation,” please reach out to Xpert Funding Support with your order number or email used for purchase. Our team will prioritize your case and manually verify the onboarding status.
