1. Am I eligible for a refund if I used a discount code when purchasing a challenge?

No. Any purchase made using a discount code is not eligible for a refund. Refunds are only available for challenges purchased without any discount applied.


2. Can I get a refund if I purchased the challenge without a discount code?

Yes. If you purchased the challenge without any discount code, you are eligible to request a refund (subject to the trading-activity rule below).


3. Can I request a refund for a specific challenge if I am having issues?

Yes, but only under the following condition:

  • You must not have placed any trades on the challenge account.

If you have already traded on the account, the challenge becomes non-refundable.


4. What happens if I request a refund but have already traded on the account?

If any trading activity has occurred on that challenge account, the refund request will be denied.


5. Is there any fee deducted from my refund?

Yes. A processing deduction applies.

Refund Amount = Challenge Price – $16

The $16 fee is a standard processing charge and is non-refundable.


6. How long does the refund process take?

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
