Surveys are an extension of XpressU's questionnaires. The previously questionnaires was designed as a Quiz, where there were one or more correct answers.
A survey is based on a statement where the user must indicate on a scale how much they agree with the statement. The higher the number on the scale, the more they agree.

Creating the Survey
You create a Survey by going to Media -> Questionnaire and clicking on the Add New button.
In the subsequent dialogue, you can choose between Quiz or Survey
Of course, you will select Survey in this example.
Now you can move through the 3 tabs to create your survey
