The presentation overview works in the same way as Media. Each of your presentations is represented by a thumbnail and a title. Drag the presentation (thumbnail) down in the timeline or double click, to open it. When you move the mouse over a presentation thumbnail, you can see 3 buttons

Trash: Delete/remove the presentation. Note that this transfers the presentation to an archive, so it is no longer active and will not appear in the Library. From the main menu, you can select Show deleted items and can then choose whether one or more of the archived items should be permanently deleted or restored.

Pencil: Edit the presentation. Here you can change the Presentation's settings.

...(the 3 dots) : Menu to be able to quickly Send, Download, Copy or view Statistics for the presentation. See the section "Presentation menu" below

Presentation menu

Send: Send præsentationen direkte uden at skulle åbne det først

Download: Download præsentationen så den kan afvikles offline. F.eks til et foredrag, hvor du er usikker på net forbindelsen. Kan også gemmes på en USB nøgle.

Statistik: Se statistik for præsentationen.

Send: Send the presentation directly without having to open it first

Download: Download the presentation so it can be run offline. For example, for a lecture where you are unsure of the internet connection. Can also be saved on a USB key.

Statistics: See statistics for the presentation. How many have seen it. How many have you sent to and how much have they each seen. Did they pass your Questionnaires?

Copy: Make a unique copy of the presentation with the same media and settings. Then you can modify it and thus save a lot of time.
