Please refer to the Important Notes section below and ensure that you have completed your identity verification and enabled your two-factor authentication (2FA) to deposit Singapore Dollars (SGD) in XREX Pay.
Steps to deposit SGD into XREX Pay wallet:
Login to XREX Pay and click on Add.
Select SGD.
Select Bank Transfer.
If you already have a verified SGD bank account, please proceed to step 5.
If you haven't added a bank account yet, click on Set an account now and provide your bank account details. You can refer to How to add a Singapore Dollar (SGD) bank account? for further instructions.
XREX Pay is currently partnering with Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad (CIMB) for SGD service. However, you are not limited to using CIMB; you can also link SGD accounts from other supported banks. Please note that XREX Pay only accepts bank accounts held in your name.Select your verified bank account and tap Next.
You should be able to find your SGD deposit account details on the Deposit info page. Kindly be reminded to pay close attention to your single and daily deposit limits as XREX Pay will refund the entire deposit amount with a handling fee if these limits are exceeded.
Please transfer your preferred SGD deposit amount to the bank account provided. This amount shall be reflected in your XREX wallet upon transferring and verifying successfully.
Congratulations! You've successfully applied for a SGD deposit to XREX. SGD deposits are normally credited within 2-5 business days, depending on the bank remittance processing time and our internal security procedures; you will be notified once the funds have been credited to your wallet.
Important notes
Deposits are only accepted via automated teller machines (ATM) and online banking. Counter remittances are not available, and we do not accept transfers through third-party platforms (e.g. Grab Pay, FlashPay, DBS PayLah!, EZ-Link etc.)
XREX Pay only accepts deposits from the bank account that has been verified in XREX Pay. Any deposits made from the wrong account will result in the deposit being rejected. Please note not to share your deposit account with other users as each user has their own unique personal deposit account and the account numbers are different for each individual.
XREX Pay only accepts deposits from bank accounts held in your name and the account name must match your XREX Pay identity verification. Any deposits made through third-party accounts will be refunded and may take approximately 2-5 business days. Please note that XREX Pay will deduct the transaction fee directly from your refund.
The minimum deposit amount is 1 SGD and there is no deposit fee for SGD deposits. Please be aware of the limits for single, daily, and annual transactions. If the remittance exceeds these limits, the entire amount will be refunded, and XREX Pay will deduct the transaction fee directly from your refund.
