How to open a corporate account?

A step-by-step guide to applying for an XREX Pay corporate account.

Welcome to the start of your XREX Pay Corporate Account application journey!

We're excited to support you in opening a corporate account to access our secure, efficient, and trusted financial services tailored for businesses.

To get started, please be aware that a few essential documents will be needed as part of the application process. Our dedicated team will carefully review the submitted information, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of safety and risk management on our platform. For a seamless application experience, follow the outlined steps and document requirements below.

Before Getting Started:

  • Please ensure you have registered at XREX Pay. If you haven’t, kindly sign up through the XREX Pay Website or download the XREX Pay App.
    How to open an XREX Pay account?

  • Please note that the same email and mobile number can only be used to register one XREX Pay account.

Written Steps to Acquire the Corporate Application Form:

  1. Click Verify now from the homepage.

  2. Select the Corporate icon.

  3. Click Go corporate.

  4. Press Apply & contact me, and you'll receive an email with further instructions and an application form.

  5. Kindly complete and submit the required documents/details within the application form, and the XREX Pay team will take over from there.

Required Documents:

Please note that the size limit for each document is 3 MB, and supported formats include PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG.

Company Documents:

  1. Certificate of Incorporation

  2. Memorandum & Articles of Association (or by-laws)
    Any document issued over 6 months ago must be signed/sealed by the person in charge, with today's date and a company stamp included.

  3. Certificate of Incumbency/Good Standing (issued within the last 6 months)

  4. Proof of Business Address
    A bank statement or utility bill issued within the last 3 months that clearly shows the company’s name and address.

  5. Shareholder Registry
    The document must be signed/sealed by the person in charge, with today's date and a company stamp included.

  6. Director Registry
    The document must show at least 2 directors unless only one director is appointed. Any document issued over 6 months ago must be signed/sealed by the person in charge, with today's date and a company stamp included.

  7. Company Ownership Structure (for a multiple-layer company only)
    The document must indicate the ultimate individual shareholders and is required to be signed/sealed by the person in charge, with today's date and a company stamp included.

*For Singapore-registered companies, you may provide an ACRA Business Profile (issued within the last 6 months) in place of 1, 3, 5, and 6.

Ultimate Beneficial Owners and Account Holder Information:

The following individuals must complete this section:

  • Shareholders holding more than 25% of company shares

  • Directors responsible for managing the company (e.g. executive directors)

  • Authorised representative(s) appointed to open and manage an account with XREX. (We would require a Letter of Authorisation from the company’s directors confirming the delegated authorities of these individuals.)

  1. Proof of Identity
    Take a live photo (i.e. not a scan or copy) of your valid passport or national identity card (front and back).

  2. Selfie
    Take a selfie photo of yourself holding your proof of identity document adjacent to your face. Please ensure that the identity document and your face are fully visible in the photo and that no physical objects are covering the document.

  3. Proof of Address
    Take a live photo of your bank statement, utility bill (issued within the last 3 months), or a government-issued document that showcases your full name and address.

Please note that the document must be different from the document you provided as proof of identity.
