To withdraw fiat from XREX Pay, please make sure that you’ve completed the identity verification and enabled your two-factor authentication (2FA).
Steps to withdraw Singapore Dollar (SGD)
Log in to XREX Pay and go to Pay & Transfer.
Select SGD.
Select your preferred withdrawal bank account.
Click Add new bank account and fill in your bank account details if you haven’t added your preferred bank account yet. Please note that XREX Pay only accepts bank accounts held in your name.
How to add a Singapore Dollar (SGD) bank account?Click on your preferred bank account.
Enter your preferred withdrawal amount and click Confirm.
Enter your 2FA code.
XREX Pay will review the withdrawal request within 24 hours after receiving them. SGD withdrawals are normally credited within 2-5 business days, depending on the bank remittance processing time. Any withdrawals made during the national holiday will be postponed.
Congratulations! You have successfully withdrawn SGD to your bank account.
Important notes
The deadline for withdrawal requests processed on the same day is 11:00 (UTC +8). Any withdrawal request submitted after this time will be processed the following day. Please note that the time taken for the funds to be credited will still depend on each bank’s operational procedures.

What are the deposit and withdrawal limits for Basic and Premium XREX Pay accounts?Withdrawal requests cannot be canceled once the request has been made. XREX Pay will directly deduct a handling fee for any withdrawal transactions rejected by your beneficiary bank.
You can view the status of each withdrawal request by going to History and clicking on Withdrawal.
Processing: XREX Pay is currently reviewing the withdrawal request.
Rejected: Withdrawal request is rejected by XREX Pay.
Completed: The withdrawal request has been approved and XREX Pay has notified your preferred withdrawal payment channel to process the withdrawal. Please note that this status does not mean that the withdrawal amount has been successfully credited to your bank account. A situation where your beneficiary bank rejected and refunded the amount to XREX Pay might also occur. In this case, XREX Pay’s dedicated customer support representative will contact you for further follow-up.
