xTiles is a great tool for collaborative project work, allowing distributed teams to work together effectively. By sharing your projects with others, you can edit and build new content together in real time — whether you’re brainstorming ideas, planning , or managing ongoing projects.

To share a project with others:

  1. Click the Share button at the top of the project.

  2. In the sharing window, enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite.

  3. Set their access rights (Full Access, Edit, Comment or View only).

  4. Click "Send Invites"

Invited users will receive an email invitation and can start collaborating on the project right away.

Note: My Planner is a system project for your personal task management, so it cannot be shared or have members invited. However, you can export any page from My Planner if needed.

Public Project

It’s possible to share your project without inviting people directly via email. By default, all xTiles projects are private and visible only to you. However, you can make a project public so that anyone with the link can view it.

To publish project to the web

  • Click the Share button at the top of your project.

  • Select Publish tab

  • In the panel that appears, click Publish at the bottom.

Additonal Public Project options

Allow requests to edit — Viewers can request edit access to your project. You’ll receive an email and an in-app notification to review and grant permissions.

Allow duplication — Viewers can duplicate a copy of your project to their own xTiles workspace.

Search engine indexing — Make your public project discoverable through search engines, allowing it to function like a website.

Quickly share your xTiles project to social media

You can share your project directly to:

  • X (formerly Twitter)

  • Facebook

  • LinkedIn

  • Email

Click the Share via social button at the bottom of sharing menu of your project and select your preferred platform.

Unpublish project

To unpublish a project: Click the Share button at the top of your project, go to the Publish tab, and click Unpublish at the very bottom of the panel.

Public Page

You can make an individual xTiles page public so that anyone with the link can view it — without sharing the entire project it belongs to.

To make a page public:

  1. Open the page settings (three vertical dots icon at the top of the page).

  2. Select “Share to web.”

  3. Once shared, anyone with the page URL will be able to view it.

Note: It’s not possible to invite collaborators to a single page. Collaboration and access rights can only be managed at the space or project level.
