xTiles is a great tool for collaborative project work, allowing distributed teams to work together effectively. By sharing your projects with others, you can edit and build new content together in real time — whether you’re brainstorming ideas, planning , or managing ongoing projects.
To share a project with others:
Click the Share button at the top of the project.
In the sharing window, enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
Set their access rights (Full Access, Edit, Comment or View only).
Click "Send Invites"
Invited users will receive an email invitation and can start collaborating on the project right away.
Note: My Planner is a system project for your personal task management, so it cannot be shared or have members invited. However, you can export any page from My Planner if needed.
