When utilizing the part number search function, Solver eOrder looks for an exact match to the part number. This includes consideration of uppercase, lowercase, special characters (such as dashes), and spaces. It's important to ensure there are no omitted characters, mismatches between upper and lowercase, or hidden spaces at the beginning or end of a part number search.

If you encounter difficulties finding an exact match, you can perform a partial search by adding an asterisk (*) at the end of your search query (for example, 001*).
