I see I can add "Requested Ship Date" to each line item, but I want the entire order shipped at the same time. How do I do that?

To ship the entire order at the same time, select the 'Ship all items on the same date' option at the top of the cart page. This will ship all line items together, at the same time, at the earliest possible date.
