Customizing the member portal menus

You can customize the different areas of your Member Portal to match your organization's branding. The article below describes the changes you can make.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

Customizing the Member Portal home page

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.

  2. Select Customer Portals in the side menu then the Member and Home Page tabs.

  3. To change the order of the member portal tiles click and drag the reorder button in the Order column. Kube saves the changes.

  4. To change the name or description of a tile, click on the edit button. The slide out menu appears.

    1. Click Edit.

    2. Update the Name and Description fields.

    3. To show or hide the tile from the home page, use the select button next to the Main Menu and Homepage Tiles fields.


      NOTE: If you hide the menu tile from the Main Menu, it cannot appear on the home page.


    4. Click Save.

CAUTION: The tile name and description fields cannot be reverted to their default once saved.

Changing the Member Portal login page image

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.

  2. Select Customer Portals in the side menu then the Member and Home Page tabs.

  3. In the Images section, hover over the Login image box. Click Change Icon when it appears.

  4. The image uploader appears. Drag your image onto the uploader or click the uploader to select a file. The file uploads and the image editor appears.

  5. Edit the image as desired. For more information, see Using the image editor.

  6. Click anywhere outside the uploader to close it.

TIP: To remove an image, click the image and in the uploader window, click the delete button.

Changing the Member Portal login page text

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.

  2. Select Customer Portals in the side menu then the Member and Home Page tabs.

  3. In the Text section, click the edit button located towards the right.

  4. Update the text fields as desired.

  5. Click Save.

CAUTION: The text cannot be reverted to its default once saved.

Customizing the Member Portal ร€ la carte menu label

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.

  2. Select Customer Portals in the side menu then the Member and Home Page tabs.

  3. In the ร€ la carte section, click the edit button located towards the right.

  4. Update the ร€ la carte label and icon as desired.


    NOTE: This field defaults to ร€ la carte.


  5. Click Save.
