The home page of the Member Portal is the first page the member sees after logging in. It contains the tiles of the menus that the member can navigate through. For more information on how to modify the layout of these tiles, see Customizing the member portal menus.
NOTE: Depending on your Kube subscription and subscribed services, there may be more or fewer menus available.
TIP: You can customize when Community and Events menu tiles appear for companies. For more information, see Setting default member portal options.

Book a Space | Members use this menu to view space inventory and make bookings at your properties. |
Marketplace | Members use this menu to view package and amenity offerings available for purchase at your properties. |
Billing & Payments | Members use this menu to view outstanding invoices, payment history, update their payment settings, and make payments. Members can also download or email themselves a copy of their ledger. |
Manage Bookings | Members use this menu to manage current, past, and upcoming bookings. |
Configure Amenity | Members use this menu to configure amenities such as voice or data amenities after they have purchased them from the Marketplace. |
Events | Members use this menu to view upcoming events at your properties. You can customize who can see this menu on their home page. For more information, see Setting default member portal options. |
Community | Members use this menu to access the directory of other members who have shared their profiles, the Discussion menu, and direct messages. |
Support | Members use this menu to submit support tickets to a property. |
Move-In Manager | Members use this menu to view move requests that appear when they are moving into a space, and to manage their Certificate of Insurance (COI). |
Teams | Members use this menu to manage members of their company and their company's groups. This menu is only available to members with the Admin role. |
Subscription | Members use this menu to see a list of spaces they currently occupy through a contract and a history of their booking units. |
Building Info | Members use this menu to access key property documents, such as emergency exits or additional policies. For more information about key documents, see Uploading key documents. |
Wi-Fi | Members use this menu to view their Wi-Fi passcode and manage their connected devices. |
