Setting membership type priorities

Updated over 3 months ago

The priority of a membership type determines what order discounts are applied and what hours of operation are displayed when a member has multiple membership amenities. Kube chooses the higher priority membership type when determining which hours of operation to display and which discounts to use when a member makes a booking. For more information about creating a membership type and amenity, see Adding a membership type and Adding a membership amenity.

This article describes changing membership type priorities.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To change membership type priorities

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.

  2. Select Memberships in the side menu. The Membership menu appears.

  3. Click and hold the dotted Reorder button in the Priority column next to the membership type name and drag the membership type to the desired position.

  4. Kube saves the changes.

TIP: The next step in the membership setup is to choose which properties are restricted from prospects and members without memberships. For more information, see Restricting property access for prospects and members with no membership.
