Uploading property master privacy notice

Updated over 3 months ago

The property master privacy notice is the data collection and disclosure requirements that your customers must agree to when they first create an account and any time the privacy notice is updated at their primary property. Kube comes with a default privacy notice, but each property can have a different privacy notice.

This article is part of the Kube property setup flow. For more information, see Kube setup checklist.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To upload the master privacy notice

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Setup in the side menu. The Property Essentials screen appears.

  4. Click the Edit button.

    1. Click the Master Privacy Notice file section to select a file to upload using the file picker or drag and drop a file to upload.

NOTE: Only PDF and JPG file types are allowed. The maximum file size is 5 MB.

  5. Click Save.

TIPS:

  • The next step in the Kube property setup process is to update the property's hours of operations. For more information, see Updating property hours of operation.

  • You can download a property's policy on the Property Essentials screen by clicking the Download button next to the Master Privacy Notice label.
