Once you add a property, you can update your property’s hours of operation as needed.

Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
For future bookings, Kube uses the hours of operation that were in place when the booking was made. For example, if you change hours of operation from 8:00-5:00 to 10:00-3:00 and an existing booking had been made for 3:00-4:00, Kube counts the booking as falling within hours of operation because it fell within hours of operation when it was made.
If you or the member edit the booking, Kube uses the current hours of operation when saving the booking. In this case, the booking would now fall outside the updated hours of operation (if the booking was still for 3:00-4:00).
To update property hours of operation
Select Properties in the top menu. The Properties screen appears.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu. The Property Essentials screen appears.
Click the Edit button.
Complete the Property Hours of Operation section. For field descriptions, see the Property Hours of Operation Screen Reference at the end of this article.
TIP: Enter hours of operation into the top portion of this section and click Apply to All Days to apply your selections to all days.
Click Save.

Property Hours of Operation Screen Reference
Closed | Select if the property is not open to regular customers on certain days.
NOTE: Members added to 24/7 booking access groups can book on closed days. You can also add a holiday schedule and decide whether to give members and 24/7 booking access group members the ability to book when the property is closed for a holiday. For more information, see Adding a 24/7 booking access group and Setting who can book on holidays. |
24/7 | Select if the property is open 24 hours on the selected day. |
Peak Hours | Normal operating hours when most business occurs. |
Off-Peak Hours | Extended operating hours during which your members and prospects can make bookings.
NOTE: Peak hours must be included to offer off-peak hours, and you cannot include a break in time between peak and off-peak hours.
