Contracts are binding agreements between your organization and a company. Some purchases in the Prospect and Member Portals result in a contract. Per Federal Trade Commission (FTC) standards, members must have the option of canceling these contracts, otherwise known as Click to Cancel. Based on your individual property's needs, you can set whether the Click to Cancel option is available to members in their member portal for online purchases that resulted in a contract.
